International Healing FoundationThe International Healing Foundation (IHF), established by psychotherapist Richard Cohen in 1990, is an educational and counseling nonprofit organization that has helped thousands of men, women, and adolescents worldwide over the past seventeen years. IHF seeks to help each man, woman, and child in healing from past and present wounds, and empower them with the understanding of their value as a child of God.  Bob is certified as a sexual reorientation coach (CSRC) by the International Healing Foundation. Bob has the unique perspective being both the client and now the coach. He himself made the journey and came out straight. Bob brings a unique combination to the coaching arena, able to understand and identify with strugglers, since he has mastered his own personal exodus from sexual brokenness. He started out as a business man, married with 3 children, when he realized that he had to address the pain related to the many conflicts in his life over his sexual brokenness. Besides in-person or phone coaching, Bob is one of the lead facilitators of the Love/Sex/Intimacy (LSI) Healing Seminars sponsored by the International Healing Foundation.Bob can be reached at IHFassist@gmail.com Hilde Wiemann, CSRC, Parent and Relationship Coach  Hilde is certified as a sexual reorientation coach (CSRC) by the International Healing Foundation (IHF). She has worked with IHF over the past 10 years, assisting in seminars and family healing sessions. Hilde’s specialty is working with parents of children who experience same-sex attractions. She is a lead instructor for the International Healing Foundation’s Parents Teleconferencing classes (Level One and Level Two). The Counselor’s Training Program is for therapists, coaches, clergy, and ministry leaders who wish to assist those dealing with unwanted same-sex attraction (SSA). In this training program, you will learn:
The Counselors Training Program will take place at the International Healing Foundation (IHF) offices during four weekends throughout the year. The office is located between Baltimore and Washington, DC. The nearest airport is BWI (Baltimore-Washington International). Psychotherapist, educator, and author Richard Cohen will facilitate this training program. Having worked with and successfully helped hundreds of men and women transition from a homosexual to a heterosexual orientation over the past seventeen years, Cohen will share the “how to's” of change. Practical strategies for assisting clients in the change process will be taught. There will be allotted times for questions and answers, as well as specific training in the use of each therapeutic approach. The final session in October will be facilitated by Bruce Gold. Mr. Gold is a counselor and seminar leader. He has over thirteen years experience facilitating experiential seminar throughout the United States. Training includes:
